Order Cancellations  

We recognize that plans can change, leading to the need to cancel an order. In the event that we encounter challenges in fulfilling or shipping your order, you will be promptly informed via email or SMS, including a detailed explanation regarding the cancellation. Should you decide to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you can easily do so by logging into your account, navigating to the 'Order' section, and selecting the cancellation option. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Condition for Returns  

For an item to be eligible for return and refund, it must retain its resale value, which means the item should be in pristine condition. This includes having all original tags attached and being in its original packaging without any signs of wear, wash, or damage. Incorrect or Defective Items  

In the rare event that you receive an item that is incorrect or defective, bestshopingcart is committed to resolving the issue promptly. We ask that you inform us within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to bestshopingcart with your order number and a detailed description of the problem. Upon verification of the issue, we will issue a return label for the item. It's important to note that items should not be returned via mail without receiving proper authorization from bestshopingcart, as unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.  

 

Criteria for Return Eligibility  

To maintain fairness and quality assurance, certain criteria must be met for an item to be eligible for return:  

 

  • Items such as headwear, socks, undergarments, swimwear, jewelry, and watches are considered personal items and are therefore not eligible for return.  
  • Limited release or draw items are final sale and cannot be returned.  
  • The merchandise must be in its unused, unworn, and unwashed state with all original tags and accessories intact.  
  • Any defects or issues with the shipment must be reported within 2 business days of receipt.  
  • All merchandise must return with any included tags and accessories.  

 

Processing Refunds  

Once we receive and conduct a thorough quality check on the returned merchandise, refunds are processed within five to seven (5-7) business days. The actual timing for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank and payment method used. Please note, once the refund is initiated and transferred back to your source account, the request cannot be modified. The refund procedure for transactions made via debit or credit card will adhere to the stipulations set forth by the issuing bank.
